Erawan Shrine

Floating Market at Klong Damnoen Saduak
Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is one of the largest and most popular floating markets among visitors to Bangkok. The market is approximately 50 miles south-west of Bangkok in Ratchaburi province.

Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaeo
Bangkok's major attraction and the former royal residence. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Phra Kaeo, is within the grounds of the Grand Palace. In the Riverside district, west of the Conrad Bangkok hotel.

Jim Thompson's House
The home of the American who popularised Thai silk around the world. This traditional teak house is filled with beautiful antiques. Located approximately a mile from the Conrad Bangkok hotel.

Royal Barges National Museum
Housing a collection of eight of the royal ceremonial barges used at Bangkok's festival times every year for a procession along the Chao Phraya River. Located at Khlong Bangkok Noi on the west side of the river, west of the Conrad Bangkok hotel.

Vimanmek Mansion
The largest wooden building made of golden teak in the world and former royal residence. Located in Rajavithi Road, close to Bangkok's Dusit Zoo and Dusit Palace complex. North-west of the Conrad Bangkok hotel.

Wat Arun
One of Bangkok's most famous temples, the Temple of Dawn, with its imposing spire, is located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, opposite Tha Thien Pier. West of the Conrad Bangkok hotel.

Wat Pho
Located next to the Grand Palace, Wat Po is the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok and houses the vast, reclining Buddha. In the Riverside district, west of the Conrad Bangkok hotel.
